Creating a 3D model with Meshy PRO 3D is simple:

  1. Choose Text or Image mode at the bottom
  2. Type a description of your object or upload an image
  3. Tap the send button and wait for your 3D model

Each generation uses tokens from your balance. You can purchase tokens or subscribe to Meshy Pro for weekly access.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Meshy PRO 3D and tap it
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app alone does not cancel your subscription.

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices:

  1. Open Meshy PRO 3D
  2. Go to the Account section
  3. Tap Restore Purchases

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Since purchases are processed by Apple, refunds must be requested through them:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Meshy PRO 3D charge
  4. Select Request a Refund and follow the steps

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Force quit the app and reopen it
  2. Make sure you are on the latest version (check the App Store)
  3. Ensure your device is running iOS 17 or later
  4. Check your internet connection
  5. Restart your device

You can request complete account and data deletion by emailing us at ilyas.inajjar@gmail.com. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Please cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion.
